* Left Chest Wall
   * Include ribs, intercostal muscles, and associated soft tissue.
   * Do not extend beyond ribs into deep muscles.

Regional Lymph Nodes (contour each level separately):
* Axillary Level 1
* Axillary Level 2
* Axillary Level 3
* Internal Mammary Nodes (first 3 intercostal spaces)
* Supraclavicular Nodes

Normal Structures (Organ at Risk - OAR):
* Heart
* Bilateral lungs
* Brachial plexus
* Thyroid
* Esophagus
